Here are the first steps to selling a home:

Contact Mark to set up an initial appointment to discuss your selling options. He’ll view your property and explain the benefits of each selling method, so choosing what works best for you is as easy as possible.
When a selling method has been decided upon, a contract will be signed in accordance with Ohio law. Mark will then schedule specific dates for your open houses and/or auctions.
Next, Mark will advertise that your property’s on the market in several area newspapers, as well as on his real estate webpage. You’ll be the first to know as Mark receives buying interest.
